Nate Young is the backbone of Anberlin. That's how most drummers are described, simply because there aren't a lot of flattering ways to say "they keep time and don't mess up." Sure, he may not be as quintessential as John Bonham or Keith Moon, but then again, nobody in today's musical landscape can claim that kind of correlation.
