2. Blink-182 - "Title TBA"- Release Date: TBA
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHPsjZ-TFxA It's no secret that punk rock is a young man's game. After all, the whole "middle finger to society" thing only really works if you're a teenager and you hate your parents. When you're 40-years-old and have a mortgage, it's pretty difficult to stand by that same credo. This is why bands like Blink-182 (and Green Day, and Sum 41) have completely stalled in terms of career progression. When I heard that Blink was heading into the studio to make a new album, my response was a resounding "ugh." If I want to relive middle school and listen to Blink-182, I'll throw on "Take Off Your Pants and Jacket" or "Enema of the State." Any new music from Mark, Tom and Travis will just confirm that punk died ages ago.
