Blink-182 Releasing A Christmas Song This Year
Merry blink-mas!
Yes you heard right, it appears the pop punk icons have recorded a Christmas song.
In an Interview with Hannah Stocking, Travis Barker was asked "What artists are you listening to right now?" The blink-182, and former '+44' and 'Box Car Racer' stated that he was listening to artists such as Lil Wayne and also mentioned a new Christmas song the band "just made".
This wouldn't be the band's first Christmas song, as they have previously released 'I won't be home for Christmas', recorded in 1997 but released in 2001. That track, of course, featured the original line up of Matt Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Scott Raynor.
This year has been a busy year for the band as they released their new studio album 'nine', which was met with positive reviews, and they have also been on tour for the 20th anniversary of their album 'Enema of the State'. As we know, there were reports that there was an EP going to be released late 2019 by the band with collaborations with artists like Pharrel and Lil Uzi Very, so could this Christmas song be released alongside this ep or be released on its lonesome?
All we'll have to do is wait and see what the festive period holds...
