Nirvana: 15 Obscure Tracks You've Never Heard

11. Oh, The Guilt

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqZ7RMie_-A The version with the lighter flicks is the only version of this track that really counts, and why it wasn't collected on With the Lights Out is a mystery. Oh, the Guilt was recorded as a split single with The Jesus Lizard, whose song "Puss" was paired with this Nirvana track and released as a fairly limited edition in 1993. It peaked at twelfth on the UK singles charted and was mostly ignored elsewhere. The bands began talking about a split single as early as 1990, but it took several years to come to fruition. Oh, the Guilt was recorded with Barrett Jones in 1992, while the remix featured on With the Lights Out was worked on by Adam Kasper.
