Back when the band wasnt afraid of the odd stadium anthem, the song is awash with excellent lyrics If I knew where it was, I would take you there, theres much more than this, a catchy melody and one of Mike McCreadys best solos from the era. Despite this, Breath wouldnt have fit on Ten or its successor. The bands first album features too much similar work, while they had moved on musically by the time Vs. came along. Breath lies exactly where it can be appreciated the most, on lists like this.
