Indeed, fun fact, it reached number 1 twice, with the song being rereleased in 2002 following Harrisons death. Topping charts all over the world in 1970-71, Harrison really called upon his Asian lifestyle influences for this one, creating, like much of his work, an incredibly spiritual gem. As ever, Harrisons guitar is fantastic, subtle but effective, and his lyrics insightful. He did come into a bit of trouble following this song's release, mind you, with shouts of plagiarism sounding out due to My Sweet Lords similarity with the The Chiffons Hes So Fine, but that aside, this is truly one of the best Harrisons ever produced, and thats counting his time with The Beatles, too.
