Top 10 Debut Albums Of All Time

6. Ramones €“ Ramones

Who knew that four awkward, drugged up and rough youths could be fated to alter the musical landscape so quickly and perhaps even accidentally? Clocking in at 29 minutes long, Ramones is their eponymous, leather-clad punch to the face that the world needed. Featured throughout are classic songs, refrains and hooks. There can€™t be a muso alive that doesn€™t know every word to Blitzkrieg Bop, every sweet €œOh yeah€ on Beat On The Brat and just what exactly 53rd & 3rd is really about. Purists will forever maintain that it is only the Ramones€™ first four albums that are worth listening to. At times, they may be right but there is some good stuff later on. What everyone can agree on, however, is that Ramones is timeless and unforgettable; the catalyst for events that still resonate today. http://youtu.be/XLq6KaWaQYQ
