10 American Restaurant Chains That Need To Come To The UK

10. Arby's

The British are well known for their roast beef, so we're probably going out on a limb to say that it'd be a great idea to import an American fast food chain to produce roast beef sandwiches. But if you've ever had an Arby's roast beef sandwich then you'll know why. It is because of this close link with the food itself that would allow the chain to be a success in the UK. People already know what to expect from a roast beef sandwich, but this is a really good sandwich piled high with meat and cheese and sauce. Plus their menu isn't restricted to just that one item, although the others on there are a similar idea €“ they also do a really good Reuben (an American corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut sandwich with Russian dressing €“ and we don't mean the British tinned corned beef either). Arby's isn't already well known in the UK, so it would require an advertising campaign in order for it to be a success. Of course the internet and word of mouth would aid this greatly and there isn't a direct competitor in the British market that provides a similar product. Oh and before we forget there is one more thing to convince you €“ Arby's even does curly fries. Everyone loves curly fries.
