The fact that James Blunt survived the backlash to Youre Beautiful is 100% down to his incredible Twitter skills. The man has a gift that we should all look to in awe. His snappy retorts are comparable to the likes of classic shade-throwers Lucille Bluth or Karen Walker, and considering they are both fictional characters with a team of writers behind their comments (although maybe Blunt has too, who knows) he deserves all the love for his wit. Whilst there are numerous examples to choose from, this classic demonstrates Blunts ability to turn an insult on his head and come out the better man.
