This burger is just perplexing. It is a double cheeseburger, only long instead of tall. The two beef patties sit side by side on an extra long bun rather than being stacked on top one another on a normal shaped bun. The Extra Long Cheeseburger doesnt even win any points in portability (like the Original Chicken Sandwich). The patties arent specially shaped for the bun, so they bust out the sides of it, making it more difficult to hold. Add to this the fact that the burger is made up of two separate patties and if you hold it wrong, one will fall out! Form aside, the burger tastes fine. BK didnt take any leaps with the flavor. But you have to wonder what in the world the King was thinking when he brought this one into the kingdom.
