Living up to the stereotype that he's mad and patently weird, a young female interviewer who couldn't possibly be older than around 15 or 16 asks Busey what he has to say about all the young celebrities who are getting in trouble; Busey can't hear her and immediately grows impatient, eschewing any sort of manner and just telling her to speak up. She asks it again, and he becomes even more rattled and belligerent, using an aggressive tone, while the kid, to be fair, actually maintains her composure. Busey finally answers on the third time she asks, giving an impassioned answer if also stumbling over his words a little, making it clear that he's definitely...on something. It gets even more embarrassing when the kid asks Busey to give her site a shout-out, and Busey declines, which is fair enough, but then calls it "a stupid thing to do" and bats their camera away as well.
