Another jailbird on our list is Mr. Wesley Snipes, although his story is a little more exciting. Well, as exciting as you can get talking about taxes. Not only did Snipes not pay his taxes for a few years, he also was charges with defrauding the government, and filing false returns. In 2006, Snipes filed a return stating he was a "non-resident alien" when he is a natural born citizen. Not sure what he was thinking on that one. It's pretty easy to look that up. While he was acquitted on conspiracy to defraud the US, he was convicted on failure to file charges. He was sentenced to three years in prison and was released in 2013. Hopefully this means we can expect a new Blade film shortly.
