9. Val Kilmer & Kevin Spacey The fourth best Batman (Batman Forever) and the second best Lex Luthor (Superman Returns) went to high school together. Both attended Chatsworth High School in Los Angeles, where they both felt stirrings to be an actor. Spacey not only graduated as valedictorian, he played Georg Von Trapp in the school's production of The Sound Of Music, and went on to win his first Oscar in 1995 for his performance in The Usual Suspects, and his second in 1999 for American Beauty. Val Kilmer, meanwhile, enjoyed star turns in The Doors, Willow and Top Secret. Interestingly enough, Val Kilmer did not think too highly of Kevin's abilities in high school, telling Esquire magazine it was "proof you could learn to act, because he was terrible back then and now he's so good." Always friendly, they reunited as co-producers of Columbus Day (2008). Sadly, the world has been robbed of them collaborating further on any DC Universe productions.
