Arguably the most common nightmare, full stop, is the one in which we find ourselves naked or, at least, inappropriately dressed in a public place. Such dreams represent insecurities, whereby clothes (or lack thereof) act as a metaphorical concealment for things about ourselves that we wish to hide from the rest of the world. It could literally be that we aren't happy with our own bodies - or at least worry about what others might think of them - or it could relate to private issues or bits of information that we don't want other people to know, such as things we've done, things we've said or information about our health and so forth. Of course, there is a flip side to this "nightmare" that could actually make it a happy dream - you might find that you're fine with being naked or half-dressed in your dream, in which case it's representative of the fact that you have no insecurities and are happy for people to see and know everything there is to know about you. So there you have it - ten common nightmares that everyone seems to have. Did you enjoy this article? Can you relate to any of the meanings of these nightmares?
