Gag-Inducing Ingredients: Goat brains Let's keep it rolling with yet another beer that makes use of an animal's head parts because that is apparently a real subgenre of craft beer. Dock Street Brewing was definitely aiming to be a novelty, inspired (at least by namesake) by The Walking Dead. But unlike a sane brewing company, who would stop at the kitschy label artwork and subtle wink to the series, Dock Street dove in headfirst, adding honest-to-goodness goat brains to the fermentation process. Is there a secret pact between butchers and brewers that forces the latter to recycle the former's leftovers on an annual basis? If so, please find better leftovers.
