Gag-Inducing Ingredients: Wasabi Similar to the Ghostface Killah in concept, but worse in almost every other conceivable way, the Rosabi Imperial Pale Ale looks to do away with tastebuds altogether. At this point, it's important to note that just because a particular food is good by itself, that doesn't mean it will taste good when added a sudsy beverage. Wasabi can be a wonderful flavor enhancer in many Japanese dishes and is absolutely dynamite as a sushi condiment. But sushi does not belong in a beer! Rosabi's lovely red hue (thanks to the Caramel malts and bits of red rice added during fermentation), which undermines the stinging boot to the mouth the wasabi is about to deliver.
