The story starts in 1972 to the soundtrack of Cats in the Cradle by Harry Chapin. A young father gets himself involved in gun running for a terrorist group. As his boy grows up the father finds himself in jail making further contacts with the terrorist underworld. On release, he continues to neglect his son and acts as a getaway driver for a bloody pub shooting and soon finds himself back in the slammer. The years pass and the father is finally released, seemingly rehabilitated. He attempts to reconnect with his son, but it€™s too late €“ his boy is on his way to gun down a rival out for a walk with his young son. The cycle continues €“ like father, like son.
