A diminutive actor dressed as Chucky - the killer doll from the Child's Play series of films - was placed inside an advertising structure with a poster for the latest Chucky movie on it next to a bus stop. At night, when the poster and the bus stop were lit up and people were waiting for a bus to arrive, the lights would flicker and a creepy child's laugh could be heard - before the actor dressed as Chucky burst out through the poster - wielding a knife no less - and chased after the terrified members of the public. They ran like hell.
