A little girl sits outside a clinic, alone, at night, with her head in her hands and crying her eyes out. Passers-by inevitably approach her to give her some help - often somewhat precariously and cautiously. They are right to be cautious, as the girl reveals her hideously gory face to them when they try to console her, as she had been made-up to look like something from those people's nightmares. Of course, despite the fact that she's a four-foot-tall little girl, those people end up running for their lives.
