5. This Ice Cream Vendor Is Actually Harry Potter

This Harry Potter look-alike was spotted serving ice cream in Charlottetown Park in Canada. He has no name; all we know is he works in a place that sells ice cream. He does look like Harry Potter actually, a little. It's the glasses though, right? We don't ever see Harry wielding a handful of soft-serve (although that might have been an interesting additional scene to the movies). Maybe Harry might have had better luck if he's used some double choc-chip to throw at enemies in times of need.
