This is not Total Recall, guys, this is real actual life. In 1999, a man named Sanju Bhagat from Nagpur, India, attracted a mass of media attention. He was pretty much pregnant, you see, with his own unborn twin; and he'd carried the foetus inside of him for 36 years. This happens when one foetus envelopes itself around the other in a monozygotic twin pregnancy. The twin wrapped inside becomes a parasite, solely living from the host twin's blood supply. In Sanju's case (having unknowingly played host for over three decades), his twin caused a huge swelling in his stomach, mainly caused by secretions and hair shed from the parasite's skin.
