3. You're Responsible For Confrontations And Terminations

Provided that you're a decent human being, confronting poor or unmotivated workers will never get any easier. When an employee isn't working to their potential or isn't delivering the results your team needs, it is up to you to identify that weakness and to make a decisive change.
