Weird, funny, and delightfully unique, Welcome to Night Vale is a fictional radio programme narrated by host Cecil Baldwin, who relays the strange goings on of the supremely odd town of Night Vale.
A small desert town where “all conspiracy theories are real”, musical numbers, Glow Cloud worshipping, and a demonic puppy are less than a percent of the weird occurrences that have taken place over the years in Night Vale.
The show has spawned live tours, a book, and attracted the voice talents of Jasika Nicole, Felicia Day, Wil Wheaton, Marc Evan Jackson, Desiree Burch, Mara Wilson, and many more.
Not for everyone, but something of a cult classic, and should definitely be given the chance to present its small town cosmic horror for you to judge for yourself. The horror equivalent of curling up in a warm blanket and munching on comfort food.
