10 Lessons Microsoft Need To Learn From Sony

8. Wi-Fi

One of the things that disappointed gamers when they first purchased their Xbox 360 was the fact that their console did not support Wi-Fi. For many, including me - it meant that they couldn't play online with their friends unless they spent $50 on an ethernet cable or $20 on a Wi-Fi adapter for their Xbox. Add those costs on top of your internet bill and your online fee and you might regret purchasing an Xbox. The PS3 has built in Wi-Fi capabilities - something Microsoft needs to add into their next console or they may risk losing a good sum of online players.
