3. Dying At Your Own Funeral

Reanimated corpses should only exist in video games, books or movies. There's no place for them in the real world, unless you live in Belem, northern Brazil. Imagine the horror of the Santos family then when 2-year old Kelvin died of pneumonia in 2012 and then came back to life before his own funeral. Sounds impossible, right?

Declared dead on Friday evening, poor little Kelvin was handed over to his family in a plastic bag and arrangements were made for his burial. The night before his funeral, the child was kept in the family home and his coffin was open. There were no signs of recovery, and the mere thought seemed ridiculous. Kelvin was dead.

In horrific fashion, he sat up one hour before his funeral began and asked his father for a glass of water. The family freaked out, as you would, only to be left distraught when Kelvin laid back down and seemingly 'died again'. Doctors confirmed there were no vital signs when the kid was rushed to hospital a second time.
