9. Nicolas Cage Is An Alien
Nicolas Cage is at the center of a number of conspiracy theories, but the one that really stands out is the rumor that he is an alien.
The story goes that Cage was abandoned by his family and left on earth to die. Cage was then found by Hollywood director, Francis Ford Coppolla, who decided to raise Cage as his nephew. As he grew older, Cage began imitating the actions and voices of various people that he met, which resulted in his now strange persona. This theory certainly makes sense when it comes to his later work.
Another rumor claims that Cage is actually a 150-year-old Civil War soldier who is unable to die. The rumor started when a fan found a picture of a Cage lookalike in a bunch of Civil War photographs.
