10 Rare Cryptids Haunting The United States

5. Beast Of Bray Road

Around Delavan, Wisconsin werewolves are spotted on a fairly regular basis. The first sighting to go public occurred appropriately on 31 October 1999. A woman claimed to have hit something with her car. When she got out of the vehicle to inspect, nothing was in the road, but she spotted a muscular, hulking beast watching her from the woods. Suddenly, it came after her quickly. She jumped in her car just as the monster leapt onto her boot, but slipped off. She sped away into the darkness of Halloween night. Other reports followed and people even came forward admitting that they spied the beast in the 1980€™s. Eyewitnesses state that its face is long and €œsnouty,€ its eyes glow yellow and it looks like a wolf that walks on its hind legs. The beast is much larger than a German Shepherd and appears to hold onto objects with its hands (front paws?). Around the time of the sightings, people also reported strange individuals trying to coax children into giving up their pets, a rash of occult linked graffiti was found around the town and mutilated corpses of cats and dogs were discovered. Were the Satanic rituals somehow linked to the beast? Could it be the Shunka Warakin taking a vacation?
