9. How To Build A Relationship

Even before you leave school relationships are starting complicate your life, whether your in them or not - but honestly, sex education barely covers it. We're taught how to be safe in bed, but what about the emotional side? Where was the teacher telling us about co-dependence, or being manipulative, or giving us the list of danger signs that tell us we should get out now? And on the more positive side, wouldn't it have been great if somehow school could've advised us on how to build an honest, equal relationship? Someone who could've dispelled the silly myths and pointed out the bad advice - oh, you didn't call me for two days to keep me eager? Of course, that's how all loving relationships start, with game playing! - and also given us more realistic expectations.
