A freedom of information request from a couple of years ago revealed a huge cache of UFO reports and sightings in the UK, including many of them filed by military personnel, with the government themselves demanding investigations into weird glowing lights and flying discs, often in the skies over Staffordshire. Where there's an RAF base... Military Of Defence files revealed spinning and hovering UFOs in the area, a series of sighting which occurred over a period of days in 1993, since referred to as The Cosford Incident (after the name of the base it happened near). Police men saw it and filed reports, and cross-referencing with other RAF bases in the area confirmed no flights at that time. It remains an unexplained mystery even twenty years later, with nobody able to come up with a good answer as to what exactly what those two cream white lights and their low humming were. Which is probably because RAF Cosford is a secret alien base, or has one below it, and the military were trying to keep it hush-hush.
