In the Victoria Tunnels, you can find yourself amongst the very foundations of Newcastle. With daily guided tours, this is a great way to see old Newcastle from below the busy streets.

The site contains almost 2.5 miles of subterranean walkways open to the public, so this is a great way to spend a rainy day with the family. Book in advance on weekends to avoid being turned away.

This is unique to Newcastle, and it is right under your toes!

Due to social distancing, the tours are currently not open to the public. However, regular service should resume once things have settled down a little bit.
