It seems Miley isnt the only member of the Cyrus family to fall victim to social media embarrassment. Shortly after Donald Trump fell for the Twitter trap, Miley Cyruss father fell for a similar trick. He received a tweet asking for a retweet in honour of someone's father, although the picture turned out to be prolific paedophile Jimmy Saville. Like Trump, the Achy Breaky Heart singer cannot be expected to keep up to date with the list of British infamous figures in case someone attempts to dupe them, but the severity of Savilles heinous crimes, and the stigma attached to the ex-DJ means that it is probably one of the worst social media mishaps in a while. Billy Ray Cyrus was duped days after Trump, so maybe American celebrities need to watch out in case this is a new trend amongst Twitter users; it certainly is not hard considering the ease with which fans can contact celebrities and beg for a retweet in honour of a family member.
