Biggest Crime Committed: Failing to get her child the hell out of that hotel. Wendy Torrance knows from the start of her family's stint in the Overlook Hotel that something isn't quite right. Her husband's descent into madness and her child's antisocial traits should have been enough for her to realise that an extended amount of time in the isolated Colorado Rockies was probably not the best idea in order to enjoy some premium family time together. Add to this her knowledge of Jack's alcohol abuse problems, plus his ability to lash out at Danny while angry, and you might say Wendy Torrance should have been booking the three of them in for some group therapy rather than what appeared to be a holiday but was actually a nightmare come true. Get some self-confidence and speak up, woman.
