Megapiranha paranensis: every Bond villain's dream pet. Whilst modern day piranhas' reputation as voracious, flesh hungry river monsters may have been slightly exaggerated, their ancient, giant relatives were legit not-so-little goblins of terror.

Despite appearing to have been named by the same geniuses that brought you Sharknado, the Megapiranha is not a laughing matter. These doom machines could grow up to a metre in length and had, not one, but two rows of razor sharp teeth. Some experts believe that it may have had a bite force comparable to that of a T-Rex - enough to tear flesh and crush bone with ease.

TL;DR - Toddler sized, flesh eating river monsters with multiple rows of teeth are coming to get you.
