With the Wizarding World of Harry Potter finally opening its doors to muggles last week, the spotlight is currently shining bright on Universal Stuidos Hollywood.

The new magical land of Hogwarts took 5 years to build and its opening marks the culmination of a long program of regeneration at the California based theme park.

Over 75% of the park has been completely reimagined, bringing all new experiences to life, whilst keeping some of its best loved features strong, including the world famous Studio Tram Tour.

With so many new things to see and do, here is your guide to ensure that you don't miss anything when you make your visit...

10. Get A Front Of The Line Pass

If waiting in line just isn't your thing, then you are going to need a Front of the Line Pass.

This pass allows you to skip most of the line for all attractions at Universal Studios Hollywood, including the brand new Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.

You can purchase the pass both online and at the park gate, but there is only limited availability, so it can be worth booking ahead to avoid disappointment.

Online prices start at $199, which also includes park entry.

When it comes to the pass, it is worth keeping in mind that you only get to use it one time per ride. If you use it to skip the queue for Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, should you wish to ride it again then you will need to wait in line.

As well as skipping the queues, those with a Front of the Line Pass also can stay back after the Waterworld Show for a private demonstration. Here you have the opportunity to ask some of the cast members questions and learn about how some of the stunts were created.

If you are visiting Universal Studios Hollywood for just one day, the Front of the Line Pass is a great way to ensure that you get to see everything.
