6. Appointment Times Seem To Be An Abstract Concept
When you give a customer an appointment slot, its generally understood that they should arrive at the correct time. Yet many do seem to believe these are mere guidelines, and that showing up a couple of hours either side of the given time is fine, as long as its the right day. These kind of customers often seem amazed that you cant do their dogs, just because theyre three hours late. Once you explain you cant do the groom because they missed the appointment, theyll make another one - and not turn up for it.
