8. You Can Control Stress

You stress levels can go either way; you'll either be relatively okay because everything is going to your plan or you could be so busy all the time that you have a mental break down every Sunday as you think about everything that needs to be done for the following week. You're usually fairly positive about things and as long as you take time to exercise, it means that you can get rid of stress effectively and keep healthy at the same time. There are some days when you have to drag your backside out from bed to work out but you know that you'll always regret it if you don't go. There will always be time for cheesecake after.
