2. Everything Hurts

Your whole body is aching. For the next few days, you'll feel it. Your shoulders will be burning during the session and with the buildup of lactic acid, it'll sit there for a few days after if you're new to boxercise. Be sure to take a hot bath, stretch before and after a workout and if necessary, get a massage. You'll also be walking like John Wayne for the next few days because a lot of squats and leg work is incorporated into the exercises and your arms will be bent in a weird way because you can't quite straighten them out just yet. It's worth it.
