9. How Can People ENJOY Exercise?

These enthusiastic exercise goers must be lying to themselves, surely? How can anyone find the motivation to get up at 6am, go for a run and then go to the gym on their lunch break? You refuse to believe that anyone could genuinely enjoy this and you're baffled because sleep should be a priority. If sleeping was a sport, you'd be unbeatable. Why limit yourself to eight hours sleep a night when you can strive for greatness and have twelve instead? Okay, so these people might look insanely good and have bodies to rival Thor, but you'd much rather eat everything and sleep it off.
