4. Why Miley Gave Up Veganism

It was mentioned a few times throughout the podcast that Miley has had to alter a few things in her life in order to be the healthiest version of herself she could be.
Along with cutting down on alcohol and drugs, the famous face has also had to alter her diet in order to get her body and mind into better shape. After Cyrus gave up on veganism, she found that adding omegas and fish into her meals helped her become sharper and stronger as an individual. Miley also commented on how scared she was about initially leaving the vegan world behind, due to the public backlash that would most likely come after that decision.
Rogan was curious what the superstar ate for her first non-vegan meal in six years and Cyrus ashamedly disclosed that her ex-husband (Liam Hemsworth) cooked her a fish on the grill. Cyrus then told the host that she got quite emotional after eating the animal.
Ultimately though, the singer now knows that her brain and body (notably her hips, which have given her trouble over the years) need omegas and certain fats in order to function properly and she's willing to accept the wrath of the vegan community if it means she has a better quality of life.
