Growing up, Cameron Diaz attended Long Beach Polytechnic High School, California, though she is far from the only famous name to emerge from the academy, whose other alumni include Warren G, Nate Dogg, and million-record selling artist Snoop Dogg.

In an interview with Yahoo Music, the rapper reminisced about his time with the future Shrek star. "She ran with my homegirls, all my little cheerleading homegirls". Snoop revealed that from an early age, it was clear the San Diego native would rise to fame. "She was fly and hip", he remembered, though confessed that because she was a year younger than him, he never had the chance to become romantically involved with the future film-star.

Diaz herself retains similar memories of the former Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr., reckoning the singer is much the same as in her high-school days. "He was very tall and skinny, wore lots of ponytails in his head, and I€™m pretty sure I bought weed from him.€ Snoop hasn€™t changed a bit.
