One of the most elusive little updates that Apple has brought to iPhones everywhere with iOS 8.4 is the new functionality that Siri allows. You can ask your audio assistant commands like "play the top 10 alternative songs now" and "play the top song from 1982", and Siri will will automatically retrieve those tracks from Apple Music.

While there is still some bugs to work out in the process - asking Siri to "play the top song from when I was born" is still too difficult for it, and it instead redirects to a Google Search result - it is a nice addition that might surprise users. If Apple is thinking of adding Siri to OS X El Capitan similar to how Cortana is being included into Windows 10, this might be a useful cross-platform point of reference.
