4. Universal Have Already Revealed The Food On Offer
Although we won't be able to step through the door of the brand new theme park for a couple of months, Universal have already given us a peek at what food options are in store.
In The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic your favourite Butterbeer will be on offer, including a new Butterbeer Crêpe to reflect the Parisian setting. This new Wizarding World will have many french inspired dishes including a Quiche Lorraine in Café L’air De La Sirène. Whilst the Alchemist's platter will allow you to fill yourself up with European style snacks.
Whilst over in Super Nintendo World there's plenty of mushrooms on the menu. There are burgers reflecting both Mario (mushroom and bacon) and Luigi (chicken pesto). Bowser even has his own meal with Bowser's Flaming Challenge, consisting of a giant spicy meatball. To celebrate Yoshi in the park, you can grab a smoothie dedicated to the charming dinosaur.
At the How to Train Your Dragon area, Universal have given us a sneak peek at Mead Hall's menu including the meat filled Thawfest Platter, the vegan Nordic Harvest Salad and the adorable Stormfly's Catch of the Day. This cute chocolate mousse filled "fish" might be a great way to finish a meal.
Dark Universe is set to have a monster serving of food at Das Stakehaus and The Burning Blade Tavern. Serving up Bird on a Stake (a.k.a chicken skewer). There's a "Blood" Orange Chicken Sandwich and Hunter's Garlic Stake (a.k.a. a garlic pretzel). Honestly, these monster themed food puns are to die for!
The food lovers among us might find it hard to make it out of the Celestial Park area with all the food on offer. From Pizza Moon's vegan Harvest Moon pizza to Tonkotsu Ramen at The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant. For a sweet treat Atlantic will also be serving Landlubber's Snickerdoodle Loot, a cake served with cookie butter ganache.
We've also been treated to some of the alcoholic beverages on offer in Celestial park including a Grand Atlantic Martini, The Plastered Owl whiskey based cocktail and a rum based Meteor Strike.
