1. Taking Care Of Your Body (Or Trying To, Anyway)
No matter what anyone says, it's never been harder to workout than it is now. A few years back, we were consuming whatever tickled our fancy - regardless of the ingredients, chemicals or intoxicating effects. It all starts catching up on you, though, and the more documentaries you watch (and boy have you watched a lot of em since signing up to Netflix) the more you become terrified at what lingers in your favourite foods. This Diet Coke has what in it? CANCER? Jesus, Ill stick to good old fashioned milk then, full of calcium and... what was that? Hormones that cause CANCER? Suddenly, the harmless pasta sauce youve been using is torn apart on a programme for containing a kilo of sugar; what else can you do but eat kale? Even tap water has gluten in now, doesnt it? Screw it, give me a beer. Lets face it, youve changed. Your 20 year old self probably wouldnt recognise you if you punched them in the face but is it a bad thing? Hell no. Go buy that awesome Tupperware deal, save your money at the weekend and you ruddy well get to bed before the clock strikes 12. Anything else youve started to obsess over since hitting 24? Do share them with us, oh sophisticated adults.
