2. Bug Your Parents Room
Again, going back to the wonders of the age of technology, it is now pretty simple to get your hands on numerous gadgets to hear into forbidden rooms, from the simplest walkie-talkie to high-tech bugging devices. If you have the money, time, opportunity and ability, this is a method that might outrank all that has stood before it. Finding a hidden spot in your parents' bedroom, wait until they shut the door and don't allow you to come in, as this is often an indicator that they are wrapping presents. Of course, you cannot control what your parents say whilst they are wrapping, but it seems likely that at certain points the presents will be mentioned, which will allow you the knowledge of your wondrous Christmas packages without anybody being any the wiser. Except you, who will be wiser, and probably on the glorious path of spying, or the slippery slope of perversion. Before ending this slide, I would like to warn any children reading and considering this method to proceed with caution. There are certain things that mommies and daddies do in private that do not involve the wrapping of presents, and so it is not wise to turn on the bugging device everytime they lock the door and ask for privacy. Perhaps it would be more sensible for your state of mind in later years to stick to an earlier method.
