These haunting twins were perhaps the creepiest thing in Stanley Kubrick's The Shining, which isn't an easy thing to decide considering we watched the whole film from behind a pillow. Louise Burns (the creepy little thing on the right) now studies other creepy little things in her studies as a microbiologist. The other twin (Lisa on the left) read literature at university. Whilst the twins have chosen to stay out of the spotlight, they decided to terrify everyone one more time when they re-emerged this year at the 50th anniversary screening of Stanley Kubrick's Dr Strangelove. They still tweet under the handle "@Shining_Twins".
