So, if you€™re only having a few hours sleep, your body isn€™t getting enough time for the pressure to drop sufficiently. Studies have also shown numerous links between sleep deprivation and the development of type 2 diabetes. Lack of sleep increases insulin resistance that can lead to diabetes. Therefore, make sure you look after your sleeping pattern and your sleeping pattern will look after you.
