We're all (hopefully) aware of your normal, sexytime orgasms, but did you know that there are a whole variety of them out there for the taking?
If you're a bit of a gym nut, then you could well train yourself into blissful oblivion by blasting those abs. Abdominal orgasms, or coregasms, tend to last about the same length of time as normal orgasms, but feel duller yet more tingly. We don't know exactly what causes them, but a good way to make them occur is by undertaking some taxing abdominal exercises.
A coregasm won't just strike out of the blue on your fifth sit-up (this is either good news or bad news depending on how you look at it), they mainly occur when the core muscles are extremely fatigued. Another tactic for making it more likely is to do an intense ab workout after at least 20 minutes of cardio.
We still can't quite figure out if this is just scientists trying to trick us into doing exercise, or if this is a genuine phenomenon. At the very worst, you'll get rock hard abs and, at best, rock hard abs and a lovely bonus coregasm.
