11. Cameron Claims To Understand The Need Of "Normal" British People... Yet He Is The Son Of A Stockbroker, The Daughter Of A Baroness And Is Related To King William IV

Portrayed as the leader of the traditional "party of the privileged", Cameron likes to claim he is actually representative of the grand majority of the British public. However, his background would suggest this is simply untrue. Born the son of a stockbroker (Ian Donald Cameron) and Mary Fleur - a retired Justice of the Peace and daughter of Sir William Mount, 2nd Baronet - the PM certainly didn't endure a pauper's childhood. In fact, he was schooled at Heatherdown in Winkfield, Berkshire - where Prince Andrew and Prince Edward also attended - and then at the famous Eton College, before studying for his Philosophy, Politics and Economics Degree at Brasenose College, Oxford. Furthermore, Cameron's fifth great grandfather was King William IV - who reigned on the British throne between 1830 and 1837 - and so his lineage is hardly of peasant stock. It is also estimated that Cameron's family - not just him, but the family collectively - are worth in excess of £30million. They're hardly slumming it, to say the least...
