12 Things That Always Happen On A Staff Night Out

7. Food

This is where you get to see everyone's true colours. You'll see who waits for everyone else's food to arrive before eating and who just gets tucked in. Who doesn't use cutlery because it slows them down and are happier with their heads on their plate, grazing. The person who is sitting opposite you will make you conscious if you have anything in your teeth or on your face, and because the table is so big, you're stuck between conversations. The person who wants your attention will always be talking about something serious and it's normally a topic that you don't really care about, whereas the people next to you are crying with laughter and having a hoot. How long do you wait until you can slowly rejoin this conversation instead of pretending to listen to the person next to you.
