12 Things That Always Happen On A Staff Night Out

6. You'll Always Talk To Someone You Haven't Spent Much Time With And Become Best Friends

This is the time where you get to know your colleagues and staff nights out are so important for boosting morale and just having fun. It also brings you closer together because it's hard to properly get to know someone inside your work environment. So you'll probably talk to the people who maybe work in a different department to you and although you say hello to them every morning and you know their name, that's about as far as you've gotten it each other. And then it happens... You'll find your soulmate in this person and you'll become best friends. You know that you've became best friends because you'll both go for your lunch at the same time together and declare yourself to be lunch buddies.
